The Good Persona is a fast-growing marketing and PR agency focused on community building, storytelling, and organic growth.
We work with brands such as Uber, Lightyear, Neutrogena, and Forbes - creating campaigns, content, and experiences that build long-term brand value.
We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager who wants to grow fast, think strategically, and learn how modern marketing, PR, and community-driven campaigns work behind the scenes.
What does this role look like?
You’ll become one of the key support pillars of our projects:
supporting Account Managers in the daily execution of projects
participating in campaign, PR, and content production processes
helping organize, track, and structure workflows
making sure information and deadlines never get lost
gradually taking ownership of projects and responsibilities

What will you do?
Support project management and daily coordination across campaigns
Help track deadlines, tasks, and project updates
Participate in PR, content, and creative processes
Assist with social media content, storytelling, and copywriting
Research media, trends, and cultural moments
Support event preparation and on-site activations
Join client meetings, prepare notes, and learn partner-focused communication
Help keep projects, documents, and workflows organized

Who We’re Looking For Someone who
wants to grow in marketing, PR, and project management
is proactive and curious
communicates clearly and confidently
likes structure and systems
enjoys fast-paced environments
can handle multiple projects at once
is interested in storytelling, campaigns, and culture
is comfortable using AI tools
Bonus points if you have:
internship or early experience in marketing/communications
agency experience
interest in social media and content creation
