We're looking for a Social Media Manager Intern to join The Good Persona.

If TikTok is the first app you open in the morning, you know what a strong hook is, enjoy editing videos, and would love to work on the social presence of international lifestyle brands, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What you'll be doing

• Creating photo and video content using your phone

• Editing videos in CapCut

• Designing creatives in Canva

• Keeping up with social media trends, primarily on TikTok and Instagram

• Researching trends and gathering inspiration for the team

• Preparing simple reports and social media recaps

• Scheduling and publishing content based on content calendars

• Supporting community management across brand social channels

• Monitoring and responding to comments based on established guidelines, with mentoring and support

We're looking for someone who...

• Uses TikTok every day (this is a must)

• Is genuinely interested in social media and content creation

• Is confident using CapCut and Canva

• Comfortably uses AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude in their daily workflow and is excited to explore new AI tools

• Learns quickly and enjoys experimenting with new platforms

• Is detail-oriented while staying creative

• Has strong written communication skills

• Doesn't mind being behind the camera - or occasionally in front of it

Nice to have

• Your own TikTok or Instagram account where you regularly create content

• Previous experience in social media or content creation

• Basic photo or video editing skills
