We’re looking for a Social Content Creator who understands that social media is not just about aesthetics — it’s about attention, storytelling, culture, and growth.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes content, understands internet culture, knows how platforms evolve, and can turn ideas into content that actually performs.
What does this role look like?
You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, capturing, editing, and managing social-first content across multiple brands and platforms.
This is not a “pretty feed” role.
We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset — someone who understands how to create content that drives reach, engagement, community, and relevance.

You won’t just execute content ideas, you’ll actively shape them.
What will you do?
Plan and create social-first content for multiple brands
Capture photo and video content during shoots, events, and activations
Edit and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage social media accounts with a growth-focused mindset
Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, formats, and internet culture
Brainstorm content ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles
Analyze content performance and continuously optimize based on insights
Collaborate with account managers, designers, and clients on campaigns and content strategies
Who We’re Looking For Someone who
has proven experience growing social media accounts through content
understands how algorithms, retention, hooks, and engagement work
thinks strategically, not just visually
is proactive, creative, and fast-moving
can independently capture and edit content
understands what makes content perform organically
is highly online and stays up to date with trends and platform changes
is comfortable using AI tools in creative workflows
enjoys fast-paced agency environments
Bonus points if you:
have agency or brand-side experience
are confident with mobile-first content production
understand TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and creator-led content deeply
have experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
can show accounts or content you’ve helped grow
